The inaugural sale of Dexter cattle attracted a good entry of nearly 50 head with a top of £714 for Paxton Raindrop and
her heifer calf Paxton Rose sold by Mr & Mrs J P Woollard.
The overall average for Cows and Calves being £459.Several heifers sold to £409.50 also for Mr & Mrs J P Woollard
with Maiden Heifers to £420 and averaging £289.41. Bulls sold to £546 for Mr & Mrs J P Woollard and averaged £420.
